From the initial meeting with a client, our first step in any feasibility study is to form the brief and have a clear understanding of the project. We then undertake a thorough analysis of the site, evaluating constraints, identifying attributes and rationalising these with the relevant planning policies.
To assist in the generation of a land value we can offer a thorough site appraisal service that includes a feasibility sketch layout, detailed schedule of accommodation, density calculations and land coverage. This will enable the client to determine the number and mix of proposed dwellings for any site.
MASTERPLANNING
We believe in working closely with consultant team and stakeholders alike and through an evaluation of national and local design guidance our masterplanning will help create the framework for the development proposal.
Whether it be illustrative material for outline applications, or detailed masterplans for a full application, we can offer a thorough professional service.
RESIDENTIAL LAYOUT DESIGN
To support a full or reserved matters planning applications, residential layout design builds on the site appraisal and masterplanning stages for the site.
CO-ORDINATION OF PLANNING APPLICATIONS

We are able to act as lead consultant for your project, co-ordinating the design and technical team to guide the development proposals and to submit and manage the planning application process.
BESPOKE RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
​
Many residential development sites require a bespoke design solution, to meet the local design and policy requirements and aspirations of the client. We are able to design site specific house types for single plots or multiple dwelling sites.
DESIGN AND ACCESS STATEMENTS / BUILDING FOR A HEALTHY LIFE

Produced in support of an outline or full planning application to explain the design principles and concepts that have been applied to the development proposals.
PRODUCTION INFORMATION / CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS

This stage of the design process involves the production of clear and concise detailed architecture drawings and specifications, to be used for accurate pricing and by the construction team and for construction on site.
3D VISUALISATION
​
From basic 2D plans and elevations we are able to create highly accurate and detailed 3D models. Coupled with the latest 3D graphic design software we can create realistic computer generated images of either interior spaces or exterior views to show the quality of the design proposal. CGI’s can be utilised to support planning applications and for marketing purposes.
BROCHURE DESIGN / PUBLIC EXHIBITION RESOURCES
